Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Wharton County Jail. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with individual patient needs, following approved nursing standards and under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centered care based on nursing best practices and protocols.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising medical staff.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medication administration.

Support a multidisciplinary team approach to healthcare delivery.

Valid and unrestricted LPN license (Texas or compact state)
