We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply and Delivery Coordinator to join our supply chain operations team. Duties
- Order supplies and materials as directed by management.
- Monitor stock levels and restock shelves.
- Receive deliveries and check orders for accuracy.
- Keep supplies organized and storage areas clean.
- Prepare and deliver needed materials and tools to rental properties.
- Communicate with management and crew leaders about supply needs.
- Pick up supplies from local vendors as needed.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Keep accurate records of purchases, receipts, and deliveries.
- Assist with other supply and delivery tasks as assigned.
Experience
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Dependable, organized, and able to follow through on assigned tasks.
- Basic computer skills for ordering supplies and maintaining records.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload supplies.
- Previous delivery, stocking, or purchasing experience is helpful but not required.
- Familiarity with painting, carpentry, and property maintenance supplies is a plus.
Full-time, Monday–Thursday, four 10-hour days. Fridays off.
