Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently and handle cash, credit, or digital payments with precision.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product selections.
- Manage stock levels by assisting with inventory counts and replenishing items to ensure product availability at all times.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or taking orders, maintaining professionalism in every interaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant environment is REQUIRED. Please DO NOT apply if you have not worked in a restaurant/fast food setting.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Food Handlers certificate REQUIRED.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a valuable asset for serving diverse customers effectively.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service with friendly, clear communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly through the store, and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or lifting bus tubs.
