What You'll Do
- Support daily branch operations, including phones, travel coordination, uniforms, and office organization
- Assist the sales team with contracts, documentation, and customer records
- Process invoices, payments, and basic accounting tasks accurately and on time
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, orientations, payroll assistance, H‑2B coordination, and employee records
- Act as a communication bridge between branch teams and corporate HR leadership
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- Administrative experience required (landscaping or related industry a plus)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP systems, and accounting/HR software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills and discretion with confidential information
