Peak Technology is a Managed IT Services company based in Northeast Ohio. We support small and mid-sized businesses and focus heavily on relationships. Our goal is to feel like an extension of our clients’ team, not just another vendor.
This role is opening up as a result of an internal transition, as our current team member is stepping into a new leadership role within the company.
The Role
This is a key position in our company.
You’ll sit in the middle of everything, helping ensure:
Work is moving forward
Clients are communicated with
Quotes and opportunities don’t stall
Billing is accurate and coordinated
You won’t be doing technical IT work, but you will be working closely with a technical team and helping keep things aligned.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Keeping Revenue Moving
Preparing and sending quotes
Following up on open opportunities
Helping ensure deals don’t stall
Billing Coordination
Reviewing work before it goes to billing
Coordinating with our outsourced bookkeeper
Handling project and one off invoices
Catching issues before they become problems
Keeping Operations Organized
Identifying when work is stuck or falling behind
Helping keep visibility across the team
Assisting with scheduling and coordination
Client Communication
Providing updates and follow ups
Helping ensure a high level of service
Being a friendly and professional point of contact
Who This Role Is For
Someone who:
Naturally stays organized and follows through
Is comfortable communicating with both clients and a team
Notices when something is off and takes action
Can manage multiple moving pieces without things slipping
Takes ownership and pride in their work
Bonus Points
Experience in a service based business (IT, MSP, construction, etc.)
Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks Online, RMM/PSA or similar platforms
Experience with quoting, billing coordination, or working with a bookkeeper
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $55,000 to $67,000, based on experience
