Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including landscaping maintenance, landscaping enhancements, irrigation, tree work, and company equipment
- Build relationships with each company associate
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Train a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Create and manage budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects, equipment, and personnel.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
Skills:
-Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and general computer use.
-Speaking both Spanish and English would be extremely helpful in this position.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in landscape maintenance techniques, including lawn care, tree care, plant types, and irrigation
- Proven experience in supervising employees and managing teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
