About the Role
Turf Tec Landscape Management LLC is seeking a hands-on, motivated Irrigation Specialist to join our Field Operations team. In this essential position, you’ll install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties throughout Western New York.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Diagnose and resolve issues with water pressure, coverage, leaks, valves, and timers
- Apply knowledge of plumbing and basic electrical systems to identify and fix problems
- Ensure all systems meet design specifications and water conservation standards
- Safely operate hand and power tools to complete installations and repairs
- Maintain organized job sites and follow all safety protocols
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew
- Document repairs and communicate updates to the Operations Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in landscaping, irrigation, plumbing, or HVAC preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new systems
- Familiarity with irrigation controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, and drip systems a plus
- Knowledge of plumbing or electrical systems is highly beneficial
- HVAC technicians encouraged to apply
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- No formal education required — training provided for the right candidate

Schedule & Location
