Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Landscape Technician to join our team. This is an on-site role based in Kent, OH. The Landscape Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including lawn maintenance, planting, mulching, pruning, hardscape installation, and irrigation system maintenance. The role requires attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and working collaboratively as part of a team to execute landscaping projects to the highest standard.
Pay scale:
$16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Qualifications
- Experience with landscaping tasks such as lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, mulching, and hardscape installation
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining landscaping tools and equipment
- Ability to follow project plans and ensure high-quality work while meeting deadlines
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory
