Being a landscape/hardscape technician requires a strong body and mind, and it's very rewarding.
Our team meets Monday - Friday bright and early at our Mogadore location.
Each morning, we load up our trucks and travel to our clients' homes with a plan of attack.
On the job site, we

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualified candidates for this position should…
- Be reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Be a team player.
- Have reliable transportation to the Mogadore location.
- Be able to report on time to the Mogadore location.
- Be able to work in Ohio weather conditions.
- Be able to load and unload equipment, tools, and plants.
- Be willing to learn on the job and follow the foreman's instructions.
- Be able to frequently lift heavy objects such as pavers, wheelbarrows, and more.
- Be able to use hand tools such as shovels, spades, rakes, brooms, etc.
- Be able (or willing to learn) to operate equipment such as leaf blowers, trimmers, tampers, saws, and more.
- Must be able to plant flowers, trees, grass, and shrubs.
- Must be able to work with a team.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to drive work vehicles to and from job sites.
- Must adhere to all safety precautions.
EXPERIENCE:
- One (1) year of landscaping experience preferred, but not required
- Must be over 18 years old
