Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of property transactions. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, and legal professionals, ensuring smooth and compliant transaction processes from contract to closing. Your expertise will help facilitate seamless property deals, uphold regulatory standards, and deliver exceptional service to clients. Duties

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with legal standards.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys, escrow officers, and lenders to facilitate timely transaction progress.
  • Oversee adherence to Fair Housing regulations and other relevant legal requirements throughout all dealings.
  • Conduct thorough property management reviews and ensure all documentation aligns with organizational policies and legal obligations.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining transparent communication.
  • Maintain detailed transaction records, organize administrative documentation, and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices.
  • Proven experience in real estate administration or related roles with organizational excellence.
  • Customer service orientation combined with sales acumen to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Familiarity with marketing techniques specific to real estate markets.
