DreamStone Properties - a high-performing real estate investment company doing large-volume business across multiple states - is hiring a TC (Client Relations Specialist) to manage relationships with homeowners and help guide them through the selling process from start to finish.

This position is for someone who’s personable, confident, and assertive - someone who can make sellers feel comfortable, yet still get things done. The right person knows how to balance friendliness with firmness, keeping sellers on track without being a pushover.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for homeowners from contract to closing.
• Keep sellers updated on timelines, documents, and what’s needed next.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully while ensuring sellers meet deadlines.
• Work closely with internal teams to keep deals organized and moving forward.
• Follow up consistently to prevent delays and ensure smooth closings.
• Maintain accurate notes, status updates, and call logs in the CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in holding sellers accountable while staying professional and friendly.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients at once.
• Positive attitude and emotional control under pressure.
• Full-time, in-office availability (South Florida).
• Experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, or any client-facing role is a plus — but not required.
