Turbo Home Loans is a high-growth mortgage brokerage operating as part of a fully integrated real estate ecosystem, including real estate, title, lending, and soon insurance services—delivering a true one-stop shop experience for homebuyers.
We generate 1,000 purchase leads per month, primarily in Broward County, through top home search platforms and our in-house real estate team.
Our platform is designed for speed, volume, and execution, with a full support staff that allows our Loan Officers to focus on closing—while our operations team ensures files move efficiently from application to funding.
Position Overview
The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) plays a critical role in supporting Loan Officers by managing the front-end and mid-pipeline workflow, ensuring a smooth borrower experience and efficient file progression.
This is an in-office, W-2 position working directly with Loan Officers, processors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Loan Officers with new applications and pre-approvals
- Collect and review borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.)
- Run scenarios and assist in structuring loan files
- Submit complete and accurate files into the LOS (Arrive)
- Manage pipeline from application → disclosure → processing
- Communicate with borrowers to request conditions and updates
- Coordinate with:
- Processing team
- Disclosure team
- Real estate agents
- Title partners
- Ensure files are complete, compliant, and moving forward
- Follow up on outstanding items to keep timelines on track

Compensation (W-2 Employee)
- Base salary (competitive, based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses tied to:

Requirements
- Active Florida MLO liscense
- Prior experience in mortgage, banking, or real estate
- Familiarity with loan guidelines (FHA, Conventional, VA, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up ability
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM and/or LOS systems preferred
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or Processor
- Experience working in a broker environment
- Understanding of mortgage documentation and underwriting basics

Pay: $46,641.81 - $85,000.00 per year
