Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations
ii Manage regional sales activities for turbine engines, including overhauls, inspections, and component upgrades.
ii Develop and maintain relationships with clients in agricultural, charter, and humanitarian aviation sectors.
ii Possibly conduct on-site visits and represent the company at industry trade shows to drive brand visibility and client relationships.
Operations
ii Oversee scheduling, forecasting, and throughput optimization using detailed production calendars and planning tools.
Qualifications:
ii 10 years of experience in aviation engine management, sales, and operations.
ii Strong leadership and team management skills.
ii Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
ii Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
ii Excellent computer skills especially in Word and Excel.
Preferred Experience:
ii Familiarity with Pratt & Whitney PT6A engines and dealing with Pratt and Whitney vendors.
ii Experience in trade show representation and B2B sales.
ii Background in supply chain coordination and production planning.
