Experience And Skills
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations
- Manage regional sales activities for turbine engines, including overhauls, inspections, and component upgrades.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in agricultural, charter, and humanitarian aviation sectors.
- Possibly conduct on-site visits and represent the company at industry trade shows to drive brand visibility and client relationships.
- Oversee scheduling, forecasting, and throughput optimization using detailed production calendars and planning tools.
- 10 years of experience in aviation engine management, sales, and operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
- Excellent computer skills especially in Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Pratt & Whitney PT6A engines and dealing with Pratt and Whitney vendors.
- Experience in trade show representation and B2B sales.
- Background in supply chain coordination and production planning.
