Tupper Lake Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is an easily accessible 60 bed skilled nursing facility providing both long and short term care.

Licensed Practical Nurse
The primary purpose is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Certified Nurse Assistant will provide to each of their assigned residents, daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan or direction by the nurse.
Must have an up to date NY state LPN license.
Customer service skills are a must!
