About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., teachers, physicians, occupational therapists) to support holistic care
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards
Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with geriatric
