- Maximize customer satisfaction and business volume by processing vehicles quickly and safely through the wash facility, and troubleshooting any problems as needed.
- Follow all procedures and maintain standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook and as supplemented by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Guide customers onto conveyor at tunnel entrance.
- Keep traffic moving and point out the safety instructions.
- Safely and quickly process vehicles into the wash tunnel.
- View vehicles to see if damage-related issues need to be addressed.
- Program the equipment to prevent damages.
- Monitor the equipment to make sure it is running properly and safely.
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize the life of the equipment.
- Keep the conveyor operating smoothly by removing debris and sediment from the conveyor trench area.
- Maintain a professional and attractive appearance of the grounds and facility.
- Protect everyone’s health and safety by keeping the facility neat and clean.
