- Troubleshoot pay station issues and guide customers
- Ensure smooth traffic flow into the tunnel
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve minor concerns
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at kiosks
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong outgoing personality and comfortable speaking with the public
- Experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or customer outreach
- Comfortable working both in the field and on-site at car wash locations
- Organized, self-motivated, results-driven
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience in retail, car wash, automotive services, gyms, or membership-based sales
