Are you passionate about Account-Based Marketing (ABM), marketing operations, and building scalable programs that drive business impact? We're looking for a Marketing Program Manager to help lead a global marketing transformation within a fast-paced enterprise technology environment.

In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to develop ABM playbooks, enablement programs, operational frameworks, and AI-powered marketing solutions that support strategic growth initiatives. You'll help shape best practices, drive pilot programs, create KPI dashboards, and improve how global marketing teams collaborate and execute.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Lead strategic marketing programs and cross-functional initiatives

✅ Develop scalable playbooks, toolkits, and enablement materials

✅ Drive ABM and demand generation process improvements

✅ Implement AI-driven workflow automation and marketing solutions

✅ Build reporting frameworks and performance dashboards

✅ Collaborate with senior marketing and sales leaders across a global organization

✅ Manage multiple projects from planning through execution

We're looking for someone with:

✔️ 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, ABM, Demand Generation, or Marketing Enablement

✔️ Strong project/program management skills

✔️ Experience creating documentation, training materials, and operational processes

✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

✔️ Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise environments is highly preferred
