Compliance Assistant – Pharmaceutical Industry
📍 Ridgefield, CT (Hybrid Onsite)

A leading pharmaceutical organization is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support monitoring and remediation activities within Compliance Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in regulated environments.
This role will support compliance monitoring activities including payment reviews, expense monitoring, remediation tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with business partners and investigation teams.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of professional experience
- Pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
- Strong PowerPoint and reporting capabilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn systems and processes quickly
💡 Nice to Have:
- Experience with compliance monitoring or case management systems
- Exposure to tools such as Veeva, Concur, Propel, or similar platforms
📅 Schedule:
Hybrid onsite schedule with most team members onsite Tuesday–Thursday in Ridgefield, CT.
This contract has strong potential for extension based on budget and business needs.
