Associate Marketing Manager

π Full-Time | 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension into 2027)
A leading organization in the animal health/pharmaceutical industry is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to support the execution of program, product, and cross-portfolio growth strategies. This role will focus on veterinary channel engagement and supporting marketing initiatives that promote the organization and its value to veterinary customers
.This position is part of a highly cross-functional team that partners closely with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, and external creative agencies to execute strategic programs and drive customer engagement
.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of program, product, and cross-portfolio growth strategies
- Participate in the development of marketing plans; implement and execute tactical elements of the plan, including setting and tracking appropriate KPIs
- In conjunction with marketing leaders, help develop product promotional programs
- Contribute to the design, development, editing, and execution of marketing messaging and collateral, including advertisements, direct mail, and technical information for targeted audiences
- Partner with external creative agencies, internal marketing teams, and review process stakeholders to deliver marketing materials
- Prepare and communicate program updates to sales and marketing leaders
- Oversee inventory management of marketing collateral with contracted warehouse partners
- Coordinate communications between marketing and sales to aid in the implementation of marketing programs with veterinary customers
- Manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and deadline
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fie
- ld.3β5 years of product marketing, program marketing, field sales, or other relevant work experience
- Veterinary industry or marketing experience is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organization, planning, and project management skills
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and/or within a highly matrixed organization
- Proven track record of achieving goals and delivering measurable results
- Demonstrated success working in a team environment
- Ability to work independently, self-manage priorities, and navigate ambiguity through self-discovery
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule based in Duluth, GA
- In-office days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Salary : $35 - $45
