What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stone Mason position at Tundra Stone Products & Fireplaces, LLC?
We’re looking for a skilled Masonry/Stone Fabricator to join our team. If you have hands-on experience with stone or masonry work and can handle a fast-paced shop/field environment, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Cut, shape, and install natural or manufactured stone and masonry products
- Operate hand and shop tools (grinders, sanders, polishers, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and move product using a forklift or pallet jack
- Work accurately from measurements, sketches, or job specs
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with natural or manufactured stone, masonry, or similar fabrication
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for an 8‐hour shift
- Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic shop tools (grinders, sanders, polishers)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- Prior construction, landscaping, or fabrication experience
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Salary : $30 - $50
