About the Role:
Preschool Tumbling Coaches at Tumble Shine are responsible for creating a magical, structured, and joyful environment where children ages 18 months to 5 years can build confidence, coordination, and motor skills through movement and play.
Schedule:
- Weekday afternoon/evening availability preferred
- Weekend mornings occasionally required
- Flexible part-time schedule (8–15 hours/week to start)
What You’ll Do:
- Lead age-appropriate tumbling classes using music, imagination, and props
- Guide kids through movement basics like jumping, rolling, balancing, and stretching
- Use stories, songs, and smiles to create a playful and safe environment
- Celebrate progress, encourage participation, and make every child feel like a star
- Communicate clearly and positively with parents before and after class
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- High-energy, nurturing, and outgoing personality
- Experience working with children (ages 2–5 preferred)
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to lead a structured class
- Strong communication skills with children AND adults
- Background in tumbling, dance, or early childhood education is a plus (but not required—we train!)
