We’re seeking a Program Director to lead our Summer Camp and After-school program with excellence, enthusiasm, and heart.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)
Your Role
As our Program Director, you will:
- Oversee daily program operations
- Lead and coach a team of coaches to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences
- Build positive relationships with families, team members, and the community
- Plan and supervise daily schedules, transitions, and activities
- Ensure a safe, nurturing environment that supports every child’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents, staff, and licensing representatives
