Tumble Shine is growing, and we’re looking for amazing individuals to join our team of enthusiastic, inspiring, and upbeat coaches!

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just someone who loves working with kids—we want to hear from you! If you’ve got energy, heart, and a passion for helping children shine, we’ve got a spot for you on our floor.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Energetic, engaging, and positive personalities

✅ Experience working with children (or a background in sports, cheer, gymnastics, dance, or coaching)

✅ Someone who loves cheering others on, is a team player, and isn’t afraid to act a little silly sometimes!

We provide full training and a supportive team environment—you bring the passion, and we’ll teach the skills.

Responsibilities:

• Teach tumbling & trampoline skills to children of all ages (we train you!)
• Engage with kids in a positive and uplifting way
• Foster a safe and structured learning environment
• Help kids reach their goals, grow their confidence, and leave with a smile
• Communicate with teammates and parents with professionalism and heart

Qualifications:

• A love for energetic children & helping them grow
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication & time management skills
• Patience, dependability, and a coachable attitude

Hours & Availability:

• Part-time (8–15 hours/week) to start
• Must be available for evening and/or weekend shifts
