This on-site, full-time School Leader role is located in Tulsa, OK. The School Leader is responsible for overseeing all aspects of school operations, including instructional leadership, staff management, student discipline, and community engagement. Daily duties include setting academic standards, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture, building strong partnerships with students, families, and the community, and ensuring compliance with district policies and regulations. The School Leader will also guide professional development for faculty, analyze student outcomes, and allocate resources effectively to support school goals.
