Position Summary: The HVAC Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for HVAC maintenance, repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance activities across Tulsa Public Schools facilities. This role supervises shop personnel and work crews, assigns and prioritizes work orders, and coordinates workflow to ensure timely completion, safety compliance, and
quality workmanship. The HVAC Supervisor oversees work involving commercial and industrial heating and air systems and coordinates with the Bond Department, Energy Management, contractors, vendors, and other maintenance shops to support system recordkeeping, contribute to capital planning efforts, and assist with specialized projects across the district.

Education
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited trade school preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience working with commercial or industrial HVAC systems
- Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience directing the work of technical staff
- Experience with large-capacity HVAC systems, including direct expansion units and refrigeration systems
- Experience with geothermal systems and high-efficiency boilers preferred
