Position Summary: The Family Retention & Recruitment Specialist supports Tulsa Public Schools by helping schools engage, retain, and recruit families. The specialist works on-site to share school stories, strengthen family engagement, and improve the overall TPS experience. This role coordinates outreach, captures simple photos and videos, supports family communication efforts, and assists with events such as Match Day, Showcase Nights, and Success Van activities. The
specialist also tracks outreach data and helps schools follow district standards for customer service, communication, and community engagement.

Education
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, business, communications, hospitality management, or related fields preferred
- 2 years progressive growth in program administration preferred
- Experience in public education is strongly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
