Full Job Description: Budget Analyst

Salary/Compensation: Business Grade 06 | BG-06

Tulsa Public Schools' existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or and years of credible service. Additionally, our board of education recently approved salary & benefit increases for qualifying positions. Position Summary: Maintains budget expenditures of grants, tracking all claims, working with state, federal and district staff as it relates to budgets.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma
• College degree in accounting or business preferred
• Two (2) years accounting experience and knowledge of standard purchasing and procurement procedures
  
  

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.

• Knowledge of state and federal programs as it relates to fiscal requirements to assure proper utilization of program funds
• Knowledge of the Oklahoma Cost Accounting System (OCAS) coding requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
