Key Functions:
- Set up and operate stage and broadcast lighting for district events and productions
- Set up and operate sound systems for school productions and live broadcasting
- Provide field support for the interactive whiteboard fleet and non-touch display systems
- Control and maintain fixed AV assets for Information Technology – Client Services
- Assist school stagecraft and production staff with setting up sound and light systems
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and work-order information
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two (2) years’ experience operating complex lighting and sound systems
- Proficient in production lighting systems
- Proficient in mobile public address systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Working knowledge of job-related computer programs and software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows
- Working knowledge of digital sound and light systems
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and schedule to complete job requests with limited supervision
- Self-starter, highly motivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to relate to management staff, other employees, and the public
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and schedules
