POSITION OVERVIEW:
Tulsa Boys Home (TBH) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Manager. This new role reports to the Executive Director with a dotted line reporting relationship to the TBH Board of Director’s Chair. The position will provide leadership and vision for the design and implementation of a new centralized HR function. The role will oversee all aspects of HR including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and development, compensation, benefits, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a positive work environment. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures, and act as a liaison between management and employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience required
3. Must have knowledge and experience in all key areas of HR including employment law, HR compliance, and best practices for all key HR processes
4. Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and communications skills
5. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment and Hiring:
· Managing the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, helping make hiring decisions, and onboarding
· Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and build talent pipelines
- Employee Relations:
· Addressing employee concerns, grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting positive employee relations
· Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and mission alignment
- Performance Management:
· Developing and implementing performance management systems, implementing performance review processes and ensuring leaders are equipped to provide routine performance feedback
- Compensation and Benefits:
· Administering compensation and all benefits programs accurately and confidentially. Ensure TBH’s compensation and benefits remain market competitive
- HR Administration:
· Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and reporting systems
- Organizational Culture:
· Partner with leadership to support initiatives that strengthen staff, morale, retention, and engagement
· Model the values of integrity, compassion, and excellence in service to the boys and the mission of TBH
- Training and Development:
· Overseeing and coordinating including onboarding, ongoing professional development and required certificates
· Support supervisors in coaching and performance management
- Compliance:
· Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Policy Development:
· Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements

- Competitive starting salary range of $60k - $75k
