🧑💼 Lead full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending offers in English and Spanish.
📋 Oversee new hire onboarding, orientation, and required documentation (I-9, W-4, policy acknowledgments).
💬 Serve as the primary bilingual resource for employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and workplace concerns.
🗄️ Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS system.
📊 Manage performance management processes, including reviews and disciplinary documentation.
⚖️ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, OSHA).
💵 Oversee payroll processing coordination and benefits enrollment.
