Tully’s Tenders is looking for fun and energetic individuals to fill hourly FOH Team Member positions: Cashier, Drive-Thru and Dining Room Attendant. This is an entry level opportunity with no previous experience required! All you need is the motivation to learn and grow in a professional, fast paced, team-oriented environment! We will provide you with all the tools necessary for a successful experience, with hands-on training, and a structured path to grow your career.
All Tully’s Tenders FOH Team Members have Guest Hospitality top of mind, this includes ensuring Guests are taken care of quickly, efficiently and in a manner that will make then want to return! Our FOH Team Members take orders on the POS, work with accepting payment and giving change, executing speed and accuracy in the Drive-Thru as well as taking care of Guests in our Dining Room.
Our Team Members enjoy being part of a team and taking care of Our Guests while complying with all Tully’s Tenders policies and procedures.
Requirements
Tully’s Tenders is looking for Team Members who are FULLY ENGAGED, dedicated to TEAMWORK, and come to work everyday with a GREAT ATTITUDE.
-Excellent Guest service skills
-Ability to take payment and give change – cash handling
-Fast and accurate ticket reading ability
-Strong organizational skills for drive-thru
-Basic Kitchen and Food Safety skills – we will teach you everything you need to know
-Ability to work clean and maintain a clean workspace
-Positive attitude and excels in a fast-paced quality driven environment, handles stressful situations well
-High Energy, Take Initiative
-Consistency and Reliability
-Participate in ongoing training and development
-Work well under general supervision
-Outstanding communication skills with Team Members, Management and Guests
-Open availability and flexibility are a must – ability to work any shift
-Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, able to lift 35-50 lbs. and work in a confined area with elevated
temperatures.
-Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands
