Tully’s Tenders is looking for fun and energetic individuals to fill hourly BOH Kitchen Team Member positions. This is an entry level opportunity with no previous experience required! All you need is the motivation to learn and grow in a professional, fast-paced, team-oriented environment! We will provide you with all the tools necessary for a successful experience, with hands-on training, and a structured path to grow your career.
All Tully’s Tenders BOH Team Members have Quality and Hot, Fresh, Fast top of mind! This means all Team Members are dedicated to making sure our Gusts are served food quickly, efficiently and with the quality that will make them return! Our BOH Team Members work in a fast paced and intense kitchen cook line, hand battering our Tully’s Tenders, cooking our crinkle cut fries and assembling salads and sandwiches. Our BOH Team Members adhere to all food safety practices and procedures and are always up to date on the latest food safety guidelines.
Our Team Members enjoy being part of a team and taking care of Our Guests while complying with all Tully’s Tenders policies and procedures.
Requirements:

We are looking for the following requirements:
-Excellent Guest service skills
-Basic Kitchen skills
-Basic Food Safety skills
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced quality driven environment
-Handles stressful situations well
-Ability to work clean and maintain a clean and sanitized workspace
-Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions on the line
-Participate in ongoing training and development
-Consistency and Reliability
-Outstanding communication skills with Team Members, Management and Guests
-High Energy, Takes Initiative
-Open availability and flexibility are a must – ability to work any shift
-Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 80 lbs. and work in a confined area with elevated temperatures.
-Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands
