We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, experience supporting Human Resources operations, and the ability to manage employee-related processes with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support daily Human Resources operations, including new hire processing, onboarding coordination, personnel record maintenance, performance evaluation tracking, and HR administrative support
- Maintain accurate employee files, HR trackers, and electronic records while proactively following up on outstanding documentation and administrative tasks
- Assist employees with HR-related questions regarding benefits, leave requests, compensation, policies, and general employment matters while escalating complex issues as needed
- Partner with HR team members to support benefits administration, benefit audits, employee enrollment, wellness initiatives, engagement activities, training coordination, and internal communication efforts
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and workplace events while helping foster a collaborative, employee-focused culture across the firm
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required in Human Resources or related field;
- Proven experience in Human Resources or related field for 1-2 years;
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong technical skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
