We are entering an exciting phase of growth and brand evolution, modernizing our digital ecosystem, expanding our marketing capabilities, and investing in performance-driven marketing strategies that support long-term client acquisition and lifetime value. 


We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help build and scale Tully’s growth engine across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and marketing analytics. This role will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing to drive measurable growth, optimize marketing performance, and translate data into actionable insights that support both sales and brand initiatives. 


What You’ll Do 


Growth Strategy & Performance Marketing 

  • Partner with the VP of Marketing to execute Tully’s growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle channels. 
  • Manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and emerging digital channels focused on qualified lead generation. 
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics including cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rate, and revenue attribution. 
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while improving efficiency and return on marketing investment. 
  • Develop and manage testing roadmaps across audience targeting, messaging, creative formats, and landing page experiences. 


Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization 

  • Optimize digital funnels to drive high-quality client inquiries and advisor consultations. 
  • Work closely with the website and digital teams to improve landing page performance, form conversion, and user journeys. 
  • Support the development and testing of conversion-focused landing pages tied to campaigns and supplier partnerships. 
  • Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities to improve conversion performance. 


CRM, Lifecycle & Client Segmentation 

  • Support lifecycle marketing programs within HubSpot, including email journeys and automated client communications. 
  • Help implement and optimize client segmentation strategies based on booking behavior, value tiers, and travel preferences. 
  • Work closely with the marketing and advisor teams to ensure consistent messaging across paid, email, and owned channels. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve client retention, repeat bookings, and long-term engagement. 


Marketing Analytics & Reporting 

  • Maintain dashboards and reporting across key marketing channels, translating performance data into actionable insights. 
  • Track and analyze key metrics including lead generation, marketing source attribution, campaign performance, and conversion trends. 
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting summaries for marketing leadership and executive team reviews. 
  • Support budget pacing and forecasting to ensure marketing investments align with growth objectives. 


Campaign Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner closely with the brand, creative, and marketing teams to develop campaign briefs and ensure creative assets are optimized for performance channels. 
  • Work with external agency partners on campaign execution, reporting, and optimization. 
  • Ensure paid and owned marketing initiatives are aligned with Tully’s broader editorial, supplier partnership, and campaign calendar. 
  • Help coordinate marketing initiatives across teams including sales, partnerships, and digital operations. 


Innovation & Growth Opportunities 

  • Stay informed on evolving marketing technologies, platform updates, privacy changes, and emerging digital trends. 
  • Evaluate new growth channels including programmatic, partnerships, referral programs, and emerging platforms. 
  • Bring forward new ideas, testing opportunities, and tools that help Tully continuously improve its marketing performance. 


Who You Are 

  • 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing. 
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, with strong understanding of lead generation campaigns. 
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience working in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and marketing dashboards. 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and lifecycle marketing strategies. 
  • Experience optimizing marketing funnels, landing pages, and conversion journeys. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams. 
  • Curious, analytical, and excited by experimentation and continuous improvement. 
  • Experience in luxury brands, hospitality, travel, real estate, or other high-touch client businesses is a strong plus.
