About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and culturally tapped-in Marketing & Programming Coordinator to join The Standard Spa, Miami Beach. This role sits at the intersection of content, culture, and community, supporting both digital marketing efforts and on-property programming.

You’ll help bring the brand to life across social platforms while also supporting the planning and execution of member events, brand activations, and experiential programming. If you’re equal parts content creator, event enthusiast, and detail-driven organizer, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and execute daily content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest), ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
  • Capture real-time content across the property including Spa, F&B, Membership, and events.
  • Ideate and develop creative concepts, content series (“franchises”), and templates that keep our channels fresh and culturally relevant.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars, including scheduling posts, stories, and campaigns.
  • Monitor digital trends and proactively incorporate them into content strategies.
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights to continuously improve engagement and reach.
  • Support the planning and execution of member events, marketing activations, and cultural programming across the property.
  • Be present at select events to assist with coordination, guest experience, and live content capture.
  • Collaborate with Membership, F&B, Spa, and PR teams to bring experiences to life.
  • Assist in developing partnerships and collaborations that align with The Standard brand.
  • Maintain and update website content, including events, promotions, and programming.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across online listings (Google, TripAdvisor, third-party platforms).
  • Upload and manage event listings across platforms like Eventbrite and Peoplevine.
  • Assist with email marketing including e-blasts, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create digital assets including social graphics, event invitations, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with content creation for internal publications (e.g., monthly newspaper).
  • Support print production and marketing collateral development.
  • Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom) and Canva.
  • Assist with invoice processing, vendor coordination, and marketing budgets.
  • Maintain organized shared files and marketing assets.
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and special projects as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural, engaging tone.
  • Proven ability (or strong internship experience) in social media, content creation, or marketing coordination.
  • Proficiency in social platforms and tools (Instagram, TikTok, Google Business, Facebook Business, Later/Latr, CRM tools).
  • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Photography and video skills (iPhone or professional—both welcome).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative eye with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident, collaborative, and comfortable working across departments.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field (internships count).
  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Hospitality, lifestyle, or events experience is a plus.
  • Experience with influencer partnerships, digital ads, or SEO is a bonus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

 

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Typically Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility based on business needs.
  • Occasional evenings and weekends required for events and activations (with schedule adjustments).
  • Work across multiple environments including office space, spa, F&B outlets, and event venues.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds when assisting with event setup.
  • Comfortable working both at a desk and in active event environments.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:
-1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital media, preferably with a focus on social media management and content creation.

-Experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus.

Education:
- College degree or in the process of completing an undergraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Art/Design or related field.
