- Supervise and support part-time employees during shifts
- Perform bartending duties and assist with food retrieval
- Maintain cleanliness of bays and common areas
- Troubleshoot basic technology issues to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Wash dishes and manage inventory levels
- Execute opening/closing procedures and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and customers
- Problem-solving skills
- Time management and organizational abilities
- Experience in customer service and basic knowledge of golf or sports facility operations is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
