Job Summary

Tulare City School District is now accepting applications for the position of: INSTRUCTIONAL AIDE (26/27 school year) Under supervision of the site Principal, provides assistance to instructional programs by assisting in achieving educational objectives by working with individual students, or small groups of students to help them achieve identified skills, assists in providing a well-organized, smoothly functioning class and school environment. Spanish preferred. Some positions support Spanish-speaking Dual Immersion classrooms and require fluency in Spanish.

PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THIS APPLICATION VIA EDJOIN TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. Proof of ONE of the NCLB "No Child Left Behind" requirements listed below: A.A. / A.S. Degree OR 48 units from an Institution of higher education OR Have passed the Instructional Aide exam (CODESP) DO YOU WANT TO TAKE THE INSTRUCTIONAL AIDE EXAM??? please visit the following link to the Tulare County Office of Education website for additional information http://www.tcoe.org/hr/instaideexam (at the time of this posting, the fee to take this exam is $10 and are scheduled twice a month)
