The Administrative Aide will support the department/organization in various administrative and operational tasks

The Administrative Aide will support the department/organization in various administrative and operational tasks
Responsibilities
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the department
- Supporting Sports Dietitians in day-to-day tasks
- Stock fueling station daily
- Build hydration regimens
- Assist in body composition testing, sweat testing, and hydration testing
- Attend practices to assist in fueling and hydration of athletes
- Build and fulfill supplement plans
- Make smoothies
- Complete nutrition education tabling events monthly
- Professional verbal and written skill
- Create social media material
- Help prepare for departmental events
- Helping with or preparing for department events
- Active enrollment as a student at Tulane University
- Interest in Sports Nutrition
- Preferred- Pursing future career of being a Dietitian
