- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet complex, established or anticipated deadlines across different administrative units.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to serve as a professional liaison to faculty, colleagues, students, and external partners.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and effective environment across organizational lines with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Working knowledge of various standardized word processing and assessment software applications
- Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with data management and systems such as Banner, SalesForce, Slate, Box, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of directly related experience.
- High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 8 years of directly related experience.
- Master's Degree in higher education administration, project management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with assessment and evaluation to achieve continuous programmatic improvements.
- Familiarity with university curriculum and academic policy processes.
