Clinical Protocol Technician

Job Description

Assist in the daily operations of multiple epidemiologic research studies. Key responsibilities include oversee data entry by student research assistants, organize their tasks, and ensure accuracy by verifying and resolving any discrepancies. Additionally, the technician will perform data entry into REDCap, generate reports, manage task dashboard, track staff meetings, and support steering committee activities. The Clinical Protocol Technician will also be responsible for recruiting participants, conducting chart reviews, assisting study participants with completing study questionnaires, and administering questionnaires as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in a biological related field is strongly preferred
• Experience working with patients in a clinical or hospital setting is strongly preferred
• Strong familiarity with and ability to follow research clinical protocols are preferred
• Experience with longitudinal or epidemiological studies is strongly preferred
