Tufts Medicine is seeking skilled and motivated Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our outstanding team at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA. We are offering a $100,000 sign-on bonus for full-time MD/DOs and are also accepting candidates seeking part-time or Per Diem schedules.
The Role:
As a key member of both the clinical and academic teams, you will work under the supervision of the department chair and will hold an academic appointment as an Assistant/Associate Professor. You will provide anesthesia for a wide range of procedures, including care for a mix of Adult Patients and Ambulatory Pediatric Patients and will work in a highly collaborative, small-group environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia care for complex procedures and more.
Supervise and teach residents, and CRNAs in the perioperative management of patients.
Participate in daily rounds and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.
Work within a small group setting to maintain high-quality patient care.
Be available for overtime as needed to accommodate surgical schedules and high patient volumes.
Contribute to the academic mission by engaging with fellows and residents in education, research, and mentorship.
