Milton Pediatrics is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and self-motivated nurse to join our smaller satellite office team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely in a collaborative 1:1 setting with our pediatricians while building meaningful relationships with patients and families.
Our satellite office is home to 9 pediatricians working morning and afternoon shifts, creating a slower-paced, highly patient-oriented environment where quality care and strong family connections are prioritized. Qualifications:
- Pediatric nursing experience required
- Strong phone triage experience required
- Familiarity with childhood vaccines and immunization schedules
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Organized, proactive, and self-starting personality

Skills:
- Pediatric telephone triage
- Performing vision/hearing screening, newborn bilirubin test, lead screening, obtaining vital signs, administering nebulizer treatments, and running laboratory tests such as UA, strep, flu, Covid, etc.)
- Various resource tasks (such as patient hospital follow-up, assisting in making specialty appointments, ordering labs, x-rays, etc.).
Current shifts available:
- Day Shift 3-4 weekdays - 8-10 hour shifts with potential weekend needs
- *No evening or overnight shifts required*
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience preferred. Interest and experience in pediatric phone triage preferred. EPIC knowledge a plus.
