**Technology Services (TS) Field Technician**
**SUMMARY**
Oversees, monitors, and maintains school sites computer network.
Provides delivery of computer technology support to school personnel.
Serves as a resource to help integrate technology into the curriculum
and into the classroom. Serves as a liaison between schools and
technology resources and departments within TUSD. Ability to prioritize
and organize a variety of tasks.
Provides on-site technical support to schools and departments within the
district. This includes, but is not limited to, delivering,
troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software, printers,
document cameras, and other educational technology devices. Serves as a
resource to help in the effective and efficient use of technology. Acts
as a liaison between schools or departments and the Technology Services
Department. Able to prioritize and organize a variety of tasks and
projects. Maintains a professional demeanor and provides courteous
customer service to all staff members.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- At least three (3) years computer operations, network or related
training.
- Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated
instructions.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a school or educational
- A Certification, CompTIAA Certification or other current/relevant

**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE**
- FBI fingerprint background check.
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles),
- Valid Arizona Drivers License
- MVReport showing no more than the allowable points against Drivers
and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.
- Reliable mode of personal transportation with evidence of insurance
