Lead Technology Services Field Technician

**SUMMARY**

Responsible for providing support in day-to-day administration of a

computer network, software programs, installation, maintenance, and

upgrades. Understands commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures

in the maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals. Supervises and

coordinates the activities of TS Field Technicians.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three (3) years of technical support experience
• Three (3) years computer operations, network or related experience
• One (1) year working in a school or related computer environment
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience
• Experience with installation configuration and support of Windows
  
  

desktop platforms

• Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated
  
  

ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
• A Technical Certification
  
  

**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE**

• FBI fingerprint background check
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles),
  
  

or proof of MMR immunization

• Valid Driver\'s license (Arizona Drivers Licenserequiredwithin 30
