About the Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a key role in maintaining our hotel’s high standards. You’ll guide and support the housekeeping team, inspect rooms and public areas, and help create a positive, inclusive work environment. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, communicates with care, and enjoys being hands‑on.
✅ Responsibilities
Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members
Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and readiness
Uphold DoubleTree cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
Motivate team members and help resolve workplace concerns
Respond professionally to guest requests, concerns, and special needs
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment
Participate in deep‑cleaning and large‑scale cleaning projects
Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience required
Ability to lift 30–50 pounds safely
Physical stamina for standing, bending, and repetitive movement
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and cleaning products
Experience in medium to large facilities
