This position earns a competitive wage of $20.00 - $25.00/hour plus excellent benefits. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the voice of our HVAC company and often the first point of contact. You provide superb customer service that makes a great first impression. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions, both by phone and on computer-based platforms--and is one of the reasons that our customers like doing business with us. As you work to establish a positive rapport with each caller, you always listen carefully to their needs.

You answer incoming calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, scheduling, and general client concerns with a high degree of professionalism. Thoughtfully, you schedule appointments to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You also make outbound calls to book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments. Helping our local company thrive while helping homeowners make their homes more comfortable is very rewarding for you!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

• Understanding of good phone etiquette
• Basic computer skills
• Exceptional customer service skills

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position typically works Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
