What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist position at Senate Termite and Pest Control?
Local Pest Control company is seeking a candidate to provide professional and courteous assistance to customers. Must be very good working with computers because the candidate must work on the PestPac software quickly and efficiently.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- (Friday & Sunday off)
- Work Location:
- In-office (not remote)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Answer calls in a professional manner. Assist callers or direct calls to the correct person.
- Entering client information and processing orders within the PestPac software.
- Respond to telephone and email requests to provide information about products and service.
- Assist clients with scheduling in-home services.
- Process daily orders and payments, including credit card transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Typing 45 wpm minimum.
- Professional phone manners.
