Supplier Quality Engineer
Location: Hercules, CA (Hybrid: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Duration: 12-month contract
Pay Rate: Up to $38/hour
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Quality Engineer to support supplier quality operations within a dynamic and collaborative team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in supplier quality, compliance, and quality systems within a regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Collect supplier information and update supplier quality files (ISO certificates, questionnaires, etc.)
- Maintain purchased product files (PMP, GIP, Material Qualifications)
- Maintain the raw materials database and Approved Vendor List (AVL)
- Monitor supplier change notifications
- Follow up on supplier non-conformances and track corrective actions
- Assist in updating procedures, work instructions, and forms related to supplier quality
- Update and track performance indicators
- Support Veeva implementation activities
- Assist with administrative file management including filing, sorting, and archiving documents
- Plan and organize meetings and appointments

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Science-related field
- 1 years of relevant experience
